Reached through the deepest mapped descent route into the Ley-Convergence, the Hall occupies a naturally formed chamber at the intersection of the Convergence's primary channels. Its walls display complex self-generated sigil patterns that no Mystaran has inscribed — they formed spontaneously through the interaction of the magical field with the crystallized stone over what the Ministry of Arcana estimates as an extraordinary span of time.

Within the Hall, the separation between perceiver and perceived becomes unreliable. Practitioners report that sensory experience is synesthetic and recursive — sounds carry visual texture, emotions register as temperature shifts, the passage of time becomes subjectively uncertain.
