OLD war nicht wie die anderen. Nicht besser, nicht schlechter - nur anders. Eine Melodie in einer anderen Tonart. Ein Farbton, den nur wenige sehen konnten.
Das Leben hatte OLD geformt, wie es alle formt - durch Freude und Schmerz, durch Hoffnung und Verzweiflung, durch die tausend kleinen Momente, die ein Leben ausmachen.
Aber da war etwas in OLD. Etwas, das sich weigerte, sich fügen zu wollen. Eine Stimme, die flüsterte, wenn alle anderen schwiegen. Ein Licht, das brannte, wenn die Welt dunkel wurde.
ein Geheimnis, das niemand kennt. Das war die Last, die OLD trug. Nicht schwer genug, um zu brechen. Aber schwer genug, um zu spüren. Immer da. Immer gegenwärtig.

Old Alderheart is one of the oldest beings in the Fey Realm. He's seen civilizations rise and fall, gods born and die, the Fey Realm itself change and grow. He remembers everything, except what happened yesterday. He's become the Fey Realm's living history book, consulted by scholars and rulers seeking knowledge of the past.
Daily Life
He spends his days in contemplation, his roots drinking in the memories of the earth, his leaves catching whispers from the wind. He receives visitors seeking his wisdom, though he often falls asleep mid-conversation. He hasn't moved in three centuries, he's forgotten how.
