Backstory
Born into the lesser Azarian nobility as Aldrus Veyne, he lost his eye in a duel at twenty-two and fled a ruinous gambling scandal that would have seen him imprisoned. He faked his death during the Dock Ward flood of his twenty-fifth year and, from nothing, built the Beggars' Guild into a formidable intelligence network. Every stall, doorway, and corner of El'goroth feeds him information. He is simultaneously the most powerful and least visible man in the city, and he intends to keep it that way.
Daily Life
Moves through the city disguised as an ordinary beggar, gathering information and managing his network. He holds court in a hidden location known only to his lieutenants, dispensing justice and organizing his people's activities. He sleeps in a different place each night for security.
