She was found three years later by a Wing Guard patrol living among a Wind-Raven flock in the Azure Rift's eastern face — functional, healthy, and largely feral. The Sky-Nursery that took her in provided formal instruction she absorbed rapidly and resented deeply, particularly the parts about staying within sanctioned airspace. At nineteen she is technically a ward of the Nursery still and technically enrolled in the Academy's lowest-certification track.
