A heavy, palm-wide disc of polished silver engraved on one face with an acorn in full relief surrounded by the names of the founding Halfling valley communes, and on the reverse with the first clause of the Code of Gentle Magic. It is mounted on a short handle of river-oak carved with woven-basket motifs, used as both a ceremonial stamp and a symbol of communal authority.

History
The Mint-Seal was carried by Halfling trade envoys on their river barge journeys to Azaria, where its aura of goodwill was credited with securing the first formal trade agreement between the two peoples. It was later presented at the Dwarven Holds during a border dispute over mountain pass access rights, and the calm it radiated reportedly prevented what could have become an armed confrontation. The Seal has never left Halfling custody and is kept locked in the Elder Council's lodge, produced only for matters of intercultural diplomacy.
