Tide-Bond of the First Accord is a unique vessel in Landorya. Its known origin is Inscribed at the founding of the Aqua-Consortium by the first Assembly of Flowmasters, the scroll was created collaboratively by the Guild of Current Weavers and the Guild of River Scholars. Current Weavers laid the binding Lumen-Runes while River Scholars embedded the living water-memory matrix, ensuring the document would serve as both legal instrument and eternal historical record.. The Tide-Bond of the First Accord is the constitutional cornerstone of the Aqua-Consortium, establishing the Ministry of Currents, the Ministry of Flow, the Pearl-Spire Exchange, and the Codex of Ripples in a single founding document. It was invoked twice during the Age of Turbulence, once to expel rogue practitioners of Blood-Water Binding from the Consortium, and once to authorize the Echo Sage Council's emergency memory redaction powers. It is housed permanently at the Pearl-Spire Exchange in Lake-Heart under the watch of senior Current Weavers, and no Tide-Bond of lesser standing may be issued without the First Accord's seal being verified intact.
