The Granite Stag is a towering, ox-sized deer whose hide is layered in overlapping plates of dark grey stone-scale, giving it the silhouette of a living mountain crag. Its massive branching antlers are veined with luminous mineral sap that pulses faintly gold in the dark, like molten rock caught just before it cools.
