Oceara (Water)
  • Appearance & Build: Tall, sinuous forms with iridescent skin tones ranging from pale pearl to deep ocean-blue. Many bore living-coral tattoos that pulsed faintly with bioluminescent light when sea magic was invoked.
  • Distinctive Traits: Fully amphibious lungs capable of processing both water and air, webbed hands with retractable membranes, and a resonant voice that could project through water across vast distances—a physiological basis for their famed Tidal Harmonics.
