It has since become a site of diplomatic significance, where emissaries from other civilizations are received and treaties negotiated. The Threshold stands as enduring proof of the Mystaran commitment to regional stability.

It is said that when the Guardian Threshold was first raised, the Mystarans did not lay its final stone, instead, a figure of pure silver light emerged from the wilder lands beyond and set it in place herself, vanishing without word or trace.
