The Academy occupies a broad hillside campus in the Kordilleren foothills, its buildings stepped into the slope in terraces aligned to the five Celestial sigils. The campus includes outdoor observation platforms for Star-Reading practice, Crystal-work workshops equipped with licensed Celestial Crystal material, meditation gardens incorporating Resonance Ferns for harmonic field strengthening, and the Academy of Celestial Arts where resonance singing, crystal sculpting, and Stellascript calligraphy are taught. A permanent Temporal Gateway links the Academy to the Temple of the First Dawn above.

The foothills location gives the Academy a moderate mountain climate with four distinct seasons, used deliberately in the curriculum: each season corresponds to a different pedagogical focus in the five-year programme. Starfall Showers reach the campus during Celestial alignments, and the annual Bloom Pulse from the Crystal-Bloom Trees in the Kordilleren caverns briefly strengthens the local ley lines, which the Academy's teachers schedule practical resonance exercises around.

The Academy was established by High Resonant Veyra the Wise in the Order's third century, following her recognition that the Temple of the First Dawn's capacity for training was insufficient to meet the growing demand for skilled Celestial Order members across Landorya. Veyra herself designed the five-year curriculum structure, with each year's focus reflecting one of the five Celestial domains. The Academy has graduated thousands of Astral Scholars, Star-Readers, Resonance-Weavers, and Balance-Wardens over its centuries of operation, and its annual graduation ceremony during Terra's Harvest is attended by dignitaries from multiple civilizations.

The Academy maintains a tradition of the Resonance Test in the first week of each intake: all incoming initiates are brought to a circular chamber beneath the central tower and asked to place their hands on a Celestial Crystal at the room's centre simultaneously. The crystal is said to respond to the collective resonance of the new cohort by producing a chord unique to that year's group, and senior monks interpret the chord's quality as a prophetic indicator of whether the generation will face significant challenges during their training. The most discussed reading in living memory occurred twenty years ago, when the crystal produced not a chord but a single sustained tone in Chronos' frequency that persisted for three full minutes: a cohort that has since produced an unusually high number of Oracle candidates.

Academy life follows the Daily Rhythm adapted for a student environment, with domain-specific practical sessions added to the core contemplative schedule. First-year students focus on the Five Tenets, basic resonance perception, and Landorya's full history from the cosmological creation to the current era. Second-year students spend one semester studying each Celestial domain in rotation. The Pilgrimage Year in the fifth year, during which students walk the entire Path of the First Creation and serve rotations at all Order settlements, is described by graduates universally as the defining experience of their formation.
