Situated at the deepest and most central point of the Deep Earth where all five elemental strata converge, the Great Conclave occupies a vast natural chamber amplified and shaped over millennia by elemental will. Five distinct halls radiate outward from a central dais like the points of a star, each hall resonating with the energy of one kingdom, Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Aether.

Within the Conclave chamber, the competing elemental climates cancel and harmonize into something wholly unique: a temperate, crystalline stillness charged with latent energy, where the air neither burns nor freezes and a faint luminescence suffuses every surface.

According to Elemental tradition, the Great Conclave was established at the moment the five Elder Elementals first recognized one another as kin rather than rivals, forging the Confederation from what had been five isolated and often warring primal forces. It has since served as the neutral ground for every major treaty, elemental crisis resolution, and diplomatic exchange with outside civilizations, surface kingdoms seeking audience with the Confederation must petition here, making it the most politically significant location in all of the Deep Earth.

It is whispered among the deepest loremasters that the Great Conclave's central dais was not constructed but remembered, that the stone, flame, water, wind, and aether simply drew together at the moment the five Elder Elementals first clasped will to will, and the chamber exhaled itself into being as if the Deep Earth had long held its breath waiting for that instant.
