The Archives occupy a purpose-built section of the Conclave Sanctum's inner core, constructed with walls of particularly deep-settled Veil-Stone and reinforced with multiple overlapping ward layers. Organization proceeds inward through successive access tiers, with the most sensitive materials at the innermost chamber accessible only to the Arch-Sage and specifically designated Conclave members.

The Archives maintain a magically regulated environment — stable temperature and humidity designed for the preservation of Memory Crystals and inscribed materials over centuries. The ward layers that protect the collection suppress unauthorized magical sensing, making the Archives effectively invisible to remote scrying regardless of the technique employed.
