  • High Pyro-Archon Valdris the Unburned — first to walk the living lava river and establish the Inferno Trials as the standard of leadership selection; his Cinder Crown is said to be preserved within the Obsidian Citadel's deepest vault.
  • Forge-Mistress Kaela Ironheart — legendary smith who forged the Blade of Pyrathon, a weapon said to hold a sliver of the Eternal Ember; the blade's whereabouts are unknown, but Drakonian Forge-Masters consider its rediscovery a sacred quest.
  • Flame-Speaker Ashara the Wise — the greatest oral historian of the Pyrakians, who codified the Cinder Codex in its final form and established the Ember Archives. Her methods of fire-proof record-keeping were inherited by the Drakonian Serpentine Archives.
  • General Volcarn the Relentless — commander of the Flame Guard who defended Ignis Aeterna against a combined assault during the Cinder Wars, employing the first recorded use of Cinder-Storm artillery.
  • The Everflame Prophecy — a Pyrakian legend foretelling a warrior reborn in dragonfire who will unite the scattered heirs of the Flame-Forged in an age of dire need. Drakonians believe several historical figures to be incarnations of this prophecy.
