The Hollow is not anchored to any fixed position but orbits a slow invisible path above the Eternal Twilight Forest, always remaining within the Court's hidden realm. Its floor is a disc of compressed starlight framed by curved tiers of crystallized Veil-energy where Elder Seers and their attendants take their places. The central dais is open to the night sky, which the Fey regard as a reminder that the Court answers to no ceiling.

Within the Hollow a preternatural silence falls the moment deliberations begin, sustained by a ward of Shade-Moss lining the tiered seats. The air carries the sharp sweetness of Elowen-Bells that grow along the outer rim, and light-motes drift down from the open sky in a slow continuous rain that the Fey interpret as attentive witnesses.
