Social MobilityEntirely merit-based and organic. Any elf can rise to the Council through demonstrated wisdom and service. There are no hereditary titles or class distinctions. Wealth accumulation is culturally irrelevant; prestige comes from contribution to the forest and community.
Interaction StyleThe Sylvan Elves' interactions are based on mutual respect and understanding. Decisions are made considering the impact on the entire community and the forest. Their fluid, egalitarian structure fosters a deep sense of belonging and unity.
