The Astral Congress
a biennial gathering of astronomers, Sand-Weavers, and historians from across the Whispering Sands. Open to invited scholars from other civilizations. The most recent Astral Congress featured a groundbreaking presentation by Astronomer Yusuf al-Falak on the periodicity of the Crimson Gale, suggesting it is triggered by celestial alignments rather than terrestrial wind patterns.
