Magic & Arcane Infrastructure
23.1 The Resonance Field
An invisible web of Celestial energy that permeates all of Landorya. It is the substrate from which all ley lines, magical fields, and arcane systems draw their power. The Celestials maintain it passively through their existence. If the Resonance Field were to collapse, all magic in Landorya would cease.
23.2 Celestial Crystals
Condensed nodes of Celestial resonance, found naturally in the Celestial Mountains and Luminous Rivers. They are the purest energy source in Landorya and the basis for the Celestial Order's technology. Crystal purity is graded on the Resonance Scale (1-10), with Grade 10 crystals found only at Chronos-Spire.
23.3 The Ætheric Net
A communication network that links every plane of existence. The Celestials "listen" through it; Oracles receive messages from it; mortals experience it as dreams, intuitions, or auroral displays. During Celestial Convergences, the Net becomes briefly visible as a shimmering web across the sky.
23.4 Arcane Regulation
The Celestial Order maintains Resonance Monitors — crystal instruments that detect imbalances in the Resonance Field. When thresholds are exceeded, Balance-Wardens are dispatched to investigate and correct. The Order's jurisdiction is recognized by all major civilizations under the Resonance Accord.
23.5 Arcane Risks

23.6 Artifact Creation
Celestial artifacts (Chronosphere Staff, Aether-Heart, Spherical Dome) are created only during Celestial Convergences and only by the Celestials themselves. Mortal attempts to replicate them invariably fail or produce dangerous instabilities. The Order does create lesser artifacts — Crystal-infused tools, resonance instruments, and healing devices — but these are orders of magnitude weaker.
