6.2 Contribution to Regional Stability
Through Magma-Stabilization Projects, the Empire supplies controlled lava flows to power neighboring Frostborn ice-carving cities, preventing volcanic overload and providing heat for their forges. The Ember Bridge Accord (signed 400 YB) formalized this arrangement and is considered one of the most successful cross-civilization infrastructure agreements in Landorya's history.
6.3 Environmental Protection & Guardianship
The Order of the Scaled Guardians enforces the Ash-Balance Doctrine, ensuring fire-magic does not scorch the biosphere. They patrol volcanic zones, seal rogue fissures, and oversee the Rite of Renewal. The Order's current Grand Master is Vaelthorn the Immovable, a Magma Drake of immense age and unyielding temperament who has held the post for over a thousand years.

A cautious expansionist stance, seeking to secure Ash-Rich Territories while maintaining the Pact of the Five Races (dragons, fey, nereids, dwarves, humans). The Empire currently advocates for a Unified Mantle Council to coordinate planetary tectonic management. Internal tensions between the expansionist Malachar the Bronze Tyrant and the diplomatic Aurexion the Eternal shape much of the current political discourse.
