22.1 Mythological Figures

Ignathar the First	Mythological first dragon; breathed fire into the world's core and created the Drakon Range. Not a historical figure but a divine archetype.
Kaelthorn the Bridgemaker	Semi-divine Magma Drake who shaped the great basalt arch spanning the Molten Rift Valley. Patron ancestor of Magma-Masons. His legends emphasize endurance and selfless labor.
The Obsidian Betrayer	An unnamed dragon who joined the Void-Cult during the Dark Times, nearly triggering a global eruption. Defeated by the Elder Council and erased from the Crystal Archive the only dragon ever to suffer Memory-Death.

22.2 Historical Figures

Thassarion the Lawgiver	The ancient Elder Dragon who inscribed the first Codex of Scales approximately 6,000 YB. His amphitheater remains in use today. Considered the father of draconic jurisprudence.
Pyrathian the Wanderer	A young dragon who once accompanied the hero Elandril on his quest for the Amulet of Harmony. His journey took him far beyond the empire's borders and his accounts, preserved in the Crystal Archive, remain the most detailed draconic record of the outside world.
Thessalyx the Grey	Current Wyrm-Keeper of the Eyrie of Ash and Harvest. An Ash Wyrm known for revolutionary agricultural techniques that tripled crop yields in the Ashen Plains. Her innovations in controlled ash-fertilization are now taught at the University of Cindervale.
Forge-Master Rath Ironscale	Legendary Drakonian smith who perfected the Scaled Shield design. His forge in Riftforge is now a museum and working smithy.

Aurexion the Eternal	Current High Dragon-Lord, aged over 5,000 years. Known for his measured temperament, diplomatic skill, and the sealing of the Pact of the Five Races.
Lady Seraphine of Emberforge	Current Prime Drakonian Chancellor. A master Rune-Scribe who negotiated the renewed Ice-Fire Exchange with the Frostborn.
Eldraxis the Memory-Keeper	Grand Archivist of the Crystal Archive. An Elder Dragon who has not spoken aloud in 800 years, communicating only through crystal-projected thought. Lost his left eye and his mate in the War of Celestial Sundering.
Drake-Commander Pyrathian	Now a decorated military commander of the Celestial Drakes, having risen through the ranks after his legendary journey with Elandril.
Malachar the Bronze Tyrant	Wyrm-Keeper of the Scorched Frontier. A controversial warlord whose expansionist ambitions and militaristic philosophy put him at odds with the Elder Council. Some whisper he covets the Heart-of-Fire crystal itself.
Zephyraxis the Sky-Seer	Wyrm-Keeper of the Eyrie of the High Winds. One of the few Aether Drakes who holds political office. Known for prophetic visions received during high-altitude flights.
Nyssara the Ash-Weaver	An Ash Wyrm sculptor of unparalleled talent. Her works are displayed in every major city in Landorya. She rarely accepts commissions, preferring to create in solitude at the Ashen Atelier.
Harlan Cinderwell	Head of the Ember Merchants' Consortium and the wealthiest Drakonian mortal. His financial acumen has made Valdoria the commercial capital of the empire, but his growing influence concerns both dragons and senators.
Pyrethia Crystalborn	A young dragon researcher leading the Crystal Expansion Project. Her work on synthetic memory-crystals could revolutionize the Archive's capacity. Some call her the most brilliant mind of her generation.
Vaelthorn the Immovable	Grand Master of the Order of the Scaled Guardians. A Magma Drake of immense age and unbending commitment to the Ash-Balance Doctrine.
Illyrion Ashmantle	Drakonian poet and bard, author of The Ember and the Void. His works explore the philosophical tensions between dragon and mortal, fire and darkness.
Korathis the Silver-Tongued	Current Dragon-Envoy to the Celestial Council. A Flame Wyrm of unusual diplomatic skill who has served in the post for over three centuries.
