The Dragonlord: Greatest of the dragon tamers, who first established the Dragonsoul Pact and proved that Drakonians and dragons could be true partners rather than master and servant.
The Everflame: A warrior who legends say will be reborn in times of great need, appearing in a burst of dragonfire to rally the Drakonian people against existential threats. Several historical figures have been claimed as incarnations of the Everflame.

Korathyn Blackfire: Founder of the Obsidian Order and the first Lord of the Flame. United the warring elemental clans after the Dragon Schism and established the principles of governance that endure to this day.
General Kaelith Stormwing: The most famous Vyrathi in Drakonian history, who commanded the aerial defense of the Obsidian Citadel during the Third Eruption War. Her tactical innovations in aerial combat are still studied at the Draconic Academy.
Thessara Cinderfang: Current Warbringer and the hero of the Eastern Ridge Defense. Her lava-channel redirection tactic revolutionized Drakonian defensive warfare.

Draegos Ironmaw: The current Lord of the Flame, renowned for his three-day defeat of Lord Zharak the Unyielding beneath Mount Pyraxis.
Vara the Enchanter: An enchanter based in Drakonia who enhances weapons with draconic magic, skilled in enchantment and metallurgy.
Kelvin the Smith: A master blacksmith in Drakonia who forges special weapons, skilled in blacksmithing and draconic magic.
Myrathis Embervow: Elder priestess and leader of the Dragon Wardens, protector of wild dragon populations.
Voryn Ashveil: The current Ambassador of the Flame, considered the most effective Drakonian diplomat in generations.

Solarynth the Undying: An ancient fire dragon bonded to Elder Pyratheon for over two centuries. Solarynth is the oldest known dragon in active bond and is said to remember the founding of the Obsidian Order.
Pyrathian: The young dragon who bonded with the outsider hero Elandril, proving that the draconic bond can transcend racial boundaries.
Nyxaros the Hollow: A shadow dragon of immense size that dwells in the deepest reaches beneath Umbraholm. Nyxaros has not been seen in decades but is believed to still live, and her occasional seismic stirrings can be felt throughout the shadow clan's territory.
